Our overnight oats are great for on-the-go mornings or just getting to the laptop on time! Simply add your choice of milk the night before and they’re ready to eat in the morning. Prefer a hot oatmeal? Add hot "milk", cover for five minutes, and enjoy.
Optional yumminess: add nut butter for extra protein or your choice of fresh fruit (we love sliced bananas, berries or chopped apples for this).

Super Seeded – hey, health nuts, this one's for you – pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, flax seed, chia seeds, and sesame seeds. Hearty and delicious!
