Pork Pozole Rojo

Kick the Seattle blues to the curb and enjoy our zesty pozole. This brothy, hearty soup is already made for you, so just warm and pile on the toppings!

In your Kit: 

  • K&M Pozole

  • K&M Carnitas
  • K&M Cabbage Slaw Mix
  • Radishes
  • Jalapeño
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions:

1) Add the pozole with your desired amount of carnitas into a sauce pan over medium heat, until almost boiling.

2) While it’s simmering away, prep the garnishes! Slice the radishes, jalapeño, and avocado. Wedge the lime.

3) Transfer the cabbage to a serving bowl, and pop open the chips!

4) Ladle the soup into large bowls, and garnish with all the toppings you like. Enjoy!
