Pork Pozole Rojo

Kick those grey Seattle doldrums to the curb and slurp our zesty pozole. The soup is already made for you, so just warm and pile on the toppings!

In your Kit: 

  • K&M Pozole

  • K&M Carnitas

  • Radishes

  • Jalapeño

  • Avocado

  • Lime

  • K&M Cabbage Slaw Mix

  • Tortilla Chips


1) Warm the pozole with your desired amount of carnitas on the stove until almost boiling.
2) While it’s simmering away, prep the garnishes! Slice the radishes, jalapeño, and avocado. Wedge the lime.
3) Transfer the cabbage to a serving bowl. Pop open the chips!
4) After portioning out the soup into large bowls, layer on all the toppings you like!
