- Radishes
- Jalapeño
- Avocado
- Lime
- Tortilla Chips
Instructions:
1) Add the pozole with your desired amount of carnitas into a sauce pan over medium heat, until almost boiling.
2) While it’s simmering away, prep the garnishes! Slice the radishes, jalapeño, and avocado. Wedge the lime.
3) Transfer the cabbage to a serving bowl, and pop open the chips!
4) Ladle the soup into large bowls, and garnish with all the toppings you like. Enjoy!
