Classic Pork Chop Dinner

Juicy pork chops with a crackling crust served with a tart fruit compote and roasted broccolini makes for an elegantly simple dinner for two.

In your Kit:

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Toss broccolini with 2-3 Tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp salt and spread on a sheet pan. Roast in oven for 12-18 minutes until tender. Toss with the garlic rosemary paste and return to the oven for 2-3 more minutes.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large oven safe pan over medium-high heat. Place the pork chops in pan and sear the first side for 3 minutes. Flip and place in oven (with the broccolini!) for an additional 4-6 minutes until the meat reaches 145ºF (for medium). Allow pork chops to rest for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Heat mashed potatoes in the microwave with the lid askew until steaming.
  5. Serve pork chops with fruit compote alongside the broccolini and mashed potatoes.
