How To: Prep a Pineapple

Equipment needed:

  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife (serrated or chef's knife preferred!)

Instructions:

  1. Trim the top and bottom off the fruit and stand it upright.
  2. Rotate and slice down the sides to remove the skin.
  3. Slice width wise to create rings.
  4. Chop the rings into segments if you want chunks.
