This simple noodle salad is an easy Asian-inspired dish filled with fresh vegetables tossed in our sesame vinaigrette. It is light, refreshing, and super simple to make.

Instructions:
- From the Asian herb bundle: slice scallions on the bias and pick the leaves from the rest of the herbs in the bundle and rough chop.
- Slice bell pepper thinly in long strips.
- Combine scallions and chopped herbs in a large salad bowl with 1/2 the slaw mix and all of the classic salad mix.
- Toss salad mix with desired amount of sesame vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Top with sesame noodles, sliced red pepper, ½ cup chopped peanuts, and protein of choice.
