Sesame Noodle Salad

This simple noodle salad is an easy Asian-inspired dish filled with fresh vegetables tossed in our sesame vinaigrette. It is light, refreshing, and super simple to make.

Shopping List: 

  • K&M Classic Salad Mix (5oz)

  • K&M Slaw Mix (1/2 bag)

  • K&M Sesame Noodles

  • K&M Roasted Chicken, Salmon, or Tofu (your choice!)

  • K&M Asian Herb Bundle

  • K&M Sesame Vinaigrette

  • Red Bell Pepper

  • Roasted Peanuts

Pantry Items:

  1. From the Asian herb bundle: slice scallions on the bias and pick the leaves from the rest of the herbs in the bundle and rough chop.
  2. Slice bell pepper thinly in long strips.
  3. Combine scallions and chopped herbs in a large salad bowl with 1/2 the slaw mix and all of the classic salad mix.
  4. Toss salad mix with desired amount of sesame vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Top with sesame noodles, sliced red pepper, ½ cup chopped peanuts, and protein of choice.
