Taco Salad
We love serving this with all the toppings at the table so everyone can create their own perfect salad but feel free to make one large bowl and skip the extra dishes. But don’t forget the margaritas!

  • K&M Slaw Mix

  • K&M Creamy Jalapeño Dressing

  • Cilantro (1 bunch)

  • Cotija

Pantry Items:

  1. Chop cilantro (including the stems – the most flavorful part!) and combine with the classic salad greens and half the bag of slaw mix in a large bowl.
  2. Slice radishes and jalapeños, wedge lime and lightly crunch up the tortilla chips.
  3. Transfer guacamole, cotija and pico de gallo to small dishes.
  4. Heat the chicken tinga and cumin pinto beans in the microwave with the lids slightly askew or on the stove top.
  5. Right before serving, dress the salad greens with creamy jalapeño dressing, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve salad with all the toppings laid out so everyone can build their own!
