Kitchen & Market launched 5 years ago, with our very first meal kit being Mother's Day Brunch. This year, help us support families seeking care at Fred Hutch Cancer Center by pre-ordering our Mother's Day meal kit to pamper moms at home.

For every brunch kit sold, we will donate a meal kit to the Fred Hutch patient pantries at the Pete Gross House and Behnke Family House. Fred Hutch provides temporary medical lodging for patients and their families during treatment, offering affordable, safe accommodations. With your support, we can help make their journey a little easier (and more delicious!).

THE MENU

Frittata Lorraine

The star of the show! A classic crowd-pleaser featuring bacon bits, spinach, leeks, and an alpine cheese blend. Drizzle with our house-made chimichurri, adding a pop of fresh herb, a slight citrus tang, and just a hint of spice.

Chia Yogurt Parfaits

House-made chia yogurt topped with passion fruit curd and our classic granola.

Cream Scones & Jam

Our Cream Scones are served alongside our new marionberry jam and house-made whipped cream.

Crispy Breakfast Potatoes

Breakfast potatoes (with our own special spice blend!) finished with grated parmesan cheese and crisped in the oven!

Arugula and Watermelon Radish Salad

Fresh, crisp, and bright, this arugula is topped with watermelon radish, toasted hazelnuts, and crumbled feta, then dressed with our mustard vinaigrette.
