Classic Cobb Salad

This salad comes together quickly with our roasted chicken, crispy bacon, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, avocado, and our signature red wine & garlic vinaigrette. And it’s perfect for lunch or dinner!

Shopping List: 

  • K&M Classic Salad Mix (5oz)

  • K&M Roasted Chicken Breast

  • K&M Thick Cut Bacon Bits

  • K&M Hard-Boiled Eggs 

  • K&M Market Vinaigrette

  • Cherry Tomatoes (1 pint)

  • Blue Cheese (4-6 oz)

  • 2 Avocados

Instructions:

  1. Place the bag of classic salad mix in a serving bowl.
  2. Slice avocado, halve cherry tomatoes (or not!) and crumble blue cheese.
  3. Cut roasted chicken breast into bite size pieces or as desired.
  4. Peel and wedge four hard-boiled eggs and top them with a small sprinkle of tuxedo salt!
  5. Top salad greens with the avocado, cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, roasted chicken, hard-boiled egg wedges, all the thick cut bacon bits, and a generous sprinkling of tuxedo salt from your hard-boiled eggs! Serve tableside with Market Vinaigrette on the side for everyone to dress as desired.

    Chef’s Tip: When we’re feeling fancy and want our salad to be restaurant-worthy, we toss the salad greens and dressing in the bowl and season with tuxedo salt first before layering on all the salad toppings. That way the salad is perfectly dressed and looks gorgeous.
