Summer Burgers

Homemade burgers are just better – there we said it! Get that burger sizzling and stack the buns high with all your favorite toppings.

In your Kit: 

  • K&M Classic Seasoned Burgers

  • Buns

  • Baby Iceberg Lettuce

  • K&M Pickled Red Onions

  • Colby Jack Cheese

  • Tomato

  • K&M Burger Sauce

Pantry: 

  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

1. Peel off as many leaves of lettuce as you would like for your burgers and give a quick rinse. Let dry on a paper towel.
2. Slice tomato as desired.
3. Grill your burgers to desired doneness over medium-high heat (we like about 130ºF for medium) and top with cheese while still warm. Feel free to smush your patties if you like a thinner burger.
4. If you like toasted buns, lightly brush with oil for perfect crispness.
5. Smear your buns with the burger sauce and stack your burgers with pickled onions!
