Honey Harissa Glazed Salmon

  • Onion or Shallot

  • Lemon

Directions

  1. Thaw the sockeye salmon fillets and pat dry. Brush Honey Harissa Glaze on both pieces.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Cook the couscous pilaf according to the directions on the package, starting by sautéeing a quarter of the diced white onion in olive oil. Once the couscous is done, place it in the fridge to chill before serving.

  4. Roast salmon for 6-7 minutes.

  5. Toss the couscous pilaf with fresh arugula and dress with the juice of a lemon before serving.

  6. To serve, plate the couscous then add the hot salmon on top. Enjoy!
