Our go-to salad! It’s simple and delicious and we serve with pretty much everything. This is also an easy one to add to: it’s great with toasted almonds, walnuts, or sliced apples. Bonus points if you use your fanciest extra virgin olive oil!

K&M Arugula (5 oz)
K&M Tuxedo Salt
- Olive Oil
- Toss arugula in a large serving bowl with ½ cup of shaved parmesan. Squeeze half of a lemon over the arugula and drizzle generously with olive oil. Season to taste with tuxedo salt and add more lemon juice if desired.
Chef’s Tip: Arugula is a tender green, and this salad wilts fast, so dress it right before you want to eat!
