Simply cook our fresh artisan pasta and heat up our housemade tomato sauce and our precooked meatballs for a fast and delicious meal. This dinner is lovely with our market salad and garlic bread.

K&M Fresh Spaghetti (1 lb)
K&M Meatballs (1-2 containers)
K&M Pomodoro Sauce (24 oz)

- Bring a large pot of very salted water (it should taste like the sea; we recommend 2 Tbsp of salt per gallon of water!) to a robust boil.
- While waiting for the water to boil, heat all the pomodoro sauce and meatballs in a large pan on the stove top over medium heat until hot throughout. We suggest a lid to minimize splatters!
- Gently loosen the pasta by shaking it and discard any excess semolina that may fall off. Add pasta to boiling water. This is a fresh, artisanal pasta so it will cook in about 3-4 minutes. Boil the pasta until it is cooked al dente (a slight chewy bite in the middle) then strain water out and transfer pasta immediately to your serving dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking, if desired.
- Cover pasta with the pomodoro sauce and hot meatballs. Sprinkle with generous amount of shaved parmesan and serve!
Chef’s Tip: This dish can be made with any long cut pasta so feel free to adjust based on your favorite shape!
