We’re bringing you a little taste of Germany with this simple yet extremely delicious sausage skillet meal. Nestle bratwursts, from Uli’s Famous Sausage - Seattle’s very own local German butcher, into pillowy pretzel rolls, which goes perfectly with our Heirloom Potato Salad. Might we suggest pairing this with a couple of lagers? Prost!

These loaded nachos are just that… LOADED! Topped with chicken tinga, plenty of cheese, seasoned black beans, salsa, guacamole, taqueria pickles and sour cream!

Our Thai curry is fast, fresh, and flavorful! Simply prep your vegetables, simmer them along with the curry, heat the rice, and you’re ready to serve.  We love this meal with lots of garnishes and a refreshing ginger beer!
