Our Thai green curry is fast, fresh, and flavorful! Served over rice, this dinner comes together with minimal prep for the ultimate light comfort meal.

Quicker than a flight to Mexico, and just as delicioso! Savory chicken tinga layered with spicy slaw, seasoned beans, and cotija cheese all perched atop a crunchy tostada with lots of avocado and lime.

Our risotto is made simple with our Cortina’s starter risotto base, garlic parmesan compound butter, a touch of white wine, and mushrooms and fresh parmesan cheese but don’t be fooled, you’ll feel fancy setting this on the table! 

This roasted chicken dinner requires some oven time but otherwise comes together quickly and is a great option for the whole family.  You’ll get the chicken in the oven, start the rice pilaf, and cook the green beans. Voilà - dinner is served!

The perfect vegetable side – even the kale hesitant crowd will get into this one!  This is great served with everything from our whole roasted French market chicken or on top of creamy polenta!

This is one of our most popular meals – we love serving this with lots of sauces so you can truly make it your own.  Our favorite combination includes plenty of spicy noodle sauce, ginger scallion sauce, and gochujang aioli over everything!
